Due to our authentic made-to-order process, please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to be handmade prior to adding the shipping times below. If you would like the guarantee of 2 week delivery please add a RUSH Option to your order upon checkout. Additionally, if you require your order by a particular date, please email us (info@byherthelabel.com) or Instagram DM us (@byherthelabel) after placing your RUSH order and we will be happy to discuss this with you.

Please note we are a very small team with a large order list, during busier periods this processing time is subject to change, any updates to processing times will be visible in the description of each item and your order will align with the time you saw when purchasing.

We cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or insufficient address details. If you need to make any changes to the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please notify us immediately. We will work closely with the shipping carrier to initiate a thorough investigation and resolve the issue promptly.
