Due to our authentic made-to-order process, please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to be handmade prior to adding the shipping times below. If you would like your order by a particular date, please email us (info@byherthelabel.com) or Instagram DM us (@byherthelabel) and we'd be happy to discuss the possibility of a "RUSH" option.

Please note, we are a one-woman show when it comes to construction. During busier periods this processing time is subject to change, any updates to processing times will be visible in the description of each item and your order will align with the time you saw when purchasing.

Once your order has been made, packaged and is on its way, you will receive a shipping notification via email, which includes tracking.

In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please notify us immediately. We will work closely with the shipping carrier to initiate a thorough investigation and resolve the issue promptly.
