PRODUCTION TIMES
Due to our authentic made-to-order process, it takes some time for us to perfect all your pieces which are handmade to your order. For this reason, please be aware of the following production times.
Standard Orders:
- Allow 4 weeks for production (excluding shipping times)
- RUSH Option of 2 week production guarantee available upon checkout
Bridesmaid Orders:
- Allow 4-8 weeks for production (excluding shipping times)
- RUSH Option of 4 week production guarantee available upon checkout
If you require your order by a particular date, please email us (info@byherthelabel.com) or Instagram DM us (@byherthelabel) and we will be happy to discuss this with you to get your order with you in time.
Please note we are a very small team with a large order list, during busier periods this processing time is subject to change, any updates to processing times will be visible in the description of each item and your order will align with the time you saw when purchasing.
Once your order has been made, packaged and is on its way, you will receive a shipping notification via email, which includes tracking.

We cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or insufficient address details. If you need to make any changes to the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please notify us immediately. We will work closely with the shipping carrier to initiate a thorough investigation and resolve the issue promptly.
