When will I receive my order?
Once your order is placed at checkout it takes up to 4-weeks for us to cut, sew and prepare each piece with love and care. For bridesmaid orders it takes 4-8 weeks depending on the amount of pieces in your order.
But do not fear! If your wedding/event is approaching simply add the RUSH Option at checkout to guarantee your order is prioritised with 2 week production (standard orders) or 4 week production (bridesmaid orders). If you require your items by a particular date, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss getting them with you in time.

Do you offer custom colours?
Yes! Simply fill out a Custom Colour Enquiry form and we will be happy to find the perfect colour for you and your bridesmaids.
Please note we have a minimum of 3x bridesmaids for most custom colours however sometimes we are able to work around this depending which colour you are after.
Where are the garments made?
Our products are handmade in-house from the very first step to the very last. We craft each piece in our home studio in Sydney, Australia with every item going directly from our hands to yours. We are a small team of only three women, working together to lovingly create your orders.
Our fabrics are also sourced locally within Sydney & Melbourne.
What does "handmade" mean?
It is known that any garment that passes through someones hands may be labelled or suggested as 'handmade'.
However, at byHER 'handmade' means that every item in your order is made with the same pair of hands from start to finish. No outsourcing, no mass-production, no hidden practices. Our 'handmade' quite literally means from OUR hands to YOURS, with love guaranteed in every step.
This is a core part of byHER; ensuring every piece is carefully constructed from start to finish through ethical & purposeful production. Creating garments that we know will become a core part of your wardrobe and for our brides; a part of your love story.

All emails, social media messages and online enquiry forms are answered directly by our Founder to ensure any question you have can be answered thoroughly. You can rest assured knowing the person you speak with is the same person who will personally create and manage your order.
We aim to respond to all questions within the same business day, or within 1-2 business days during busier periods.
