REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Each garment is handmade with love, care and delicate craftsmanship, specific to your order. Due to this made-to-order nature of our brand, we cannot provide refunds.

However, we want you to feel elegant and comfortable in your garments! Thus, we offer an exchange of size option if you experience significant sizing concerns with your item. This must be done within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note we humbly ask you to pay for return shipping.

Alternatively, you can return the item for a 12 month store credit. This credit will be applicable to any item from our brand, and any future releases within those 12 months. This must also be done within 14 days of receiving your order.

Prior to shipping, each item is meticulously assessed to ensure impeccable quality and an accurate fit. However, in the event that a garment is proven damaged or faulty upon arrival, you are entitled to a refund or a replacement product. To qualify for a refund (covering garment price) or an exchange, all tags must remain attached, and the product must be unused and unwashed. This must be done within 14 days of receiving the product.

Additionally, we understand that with excessive wear and over-usage garments may rarely become torn, damaged, etc. Thus, we offer a "return for mend" policy where we will kindly mend your garment and restore it to its former state, free of charge! We simply ask that you cover postage costs or you can drop off your item at our Sydney home-studio if you live locally.
